Why do I love kettlebells so much, even after all these years?
The reason is simple - and I believe that it's the deep-seated, subconscious reason why so many others have developed a seemingly inexplicable obsession with kettlebell training over the years.
With kettlebells, you are NOT constrained by the weight's design; you are liberated by it.
There is something liberating about swinging, cleaning, snatching, and jerking a kettlebell for reps.
There is something liberating about taking your bell into the great outdoors and lifting it to your heart's (and lungs') content.
There is something liberating about putting together so many seemingly un-related movements - such as a swing, a clean, a press, a squat, and a snatch - without setting the bell down, without changing weights, and without "making due" with a less-than-optimal design.
Even after being bitten by the bodyweight bug, I still love kettlebell training to this day. No other form of training is as effective and as efficient as kettlebell lifting.
If you've never tried kettlebells, look up your local StrongFirst kettlebell instructor and get a few lessons in the basics. There is no better or faster way to melt fat, build resilience, improve your heart, lung, and overall work capacity, and most importantly CRUSH WEAKNESS than with a simple kettlebell.
And just in case you think kettlebell training might be a fad, here's the Harder Than You Crew to wipe that smirk on your face and outlift you even long after they're dead.
